Here are some of the most frequently asked questions about our treatments. If there’s something that we haven’t covered and you would like to know please contact us!
What should I wear?
It’s best to wear loose and comfortable clothing. Do bear in mind that we use oils in our treatments so some fabrics may be affected by this. We do ask that all clients wear underwear for all treatments.
How early should I arrive for my treatment?
As the treatments take place in our home and we work with one client at a time, that you arrive promptly but no more than five minutes before your scheduled appointment time. This ensures that our clients are not disturbed during their treatments.
What if I’m running late for my appointment?
If you are running late please let us know as soon as possible. In some circumstances it may be necessary to reduce the treatments times of late arrivals in order to not adversely affect other clients.
How can I pay for my treatment?
At present we are only able to accept cash payments.
Is the treatment room easily accessible?
Our treatment room is on the first floor accessed via a staircase. If you are unable to access our treatment room please give us plenty of notice so we can make alternative arrangements. Please note: washroom facilities are only available on the first floor.
What make of products do you use in the treatments?
For facials and body treatments we use Eve Taylor products and for massages, a blend of wheatgerm and soya bean. However, if you have allergies we can use grape seed so do let us know in advance if this is the case.
Is there a minimum age for treatments?
The minimum age for any treatment is fourteen years but we do ask that until the age of sixteen there is a parent/carer present in the treatment room.
Bookings may be cancelled or changed up to 24 hours before your appointment time by contacting Holly directly.
Bookings that are cancelled, not attended or changed with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full amount for the treatment originally booked.
